SHIPPING + RETURNS + CANCELLATIONS
For UK orders, choose between signed for 1st or 2nd class shipping with Royal Mail. We aim to ship within 1-3 business days after an order is placed. Please email us if you require express shipping or need your order by a certain date and we'll do the best we can to deliver.

RETURNS ALL PRODUCTS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your piece of LAGŌM – The Good Balance, simply emails us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 (working) days of purchase, provided that the goods themselves remain intact, not lit, clean and with some items, packaging is intact Up to 28 days after your purchase, we can offer you an exchange or credit note. We will only refund the value of items returned and not the original delivery charge (within 14 (working) days refund). Please contact us prior to returning your item, we want you to always have the best experience of our good balance products and workshops.
WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY
To request a cancellation you must provide LAGŌM-The Good Balance with written notice via email - email@example.com. Please do not contact us via any social media platforms DM's as they are not official LAGŌM-The Good Balance businesses or platforms. Unless you have received acknowledgement from us that we have received your request, you cannot consider your request delivered. You may only terminate the contract in the circumstances set out below:
Workshop cancellations more than 14 days from of the start of your workshop.
You may request a change of workshop date up to 14 days before the start of the workshop and we will happily transfer you to another workshop date, subject to availability, without cost. You may also request a refund up to 14 days before the start of the workshop you have booked. In the event you booked your place within five days before the workshop there will be no refund upon cancellation. The workshops are prepped in advance, in this case we can offer an alternative date, subject to availability.
Workshop cancellations within 14 days of the start of your course
Most bookings for workshops with LAGŌM-The Good Balance are made weeks in advance. It is therefore often hard for us to resell any places within 14 days of the start of the workshops, and any cancellations within this time can result in lost revenue that affect the ability of LAGŌM-The Good Balance to deliver quality workshops.
If you wish to reschedule your course within 14 days of the start date, we will accommodate you, however a processing fee of £10 will be charged.
If you wish to cancel your booking within 14 days of your workshop, you will forfeit your workshop fees. If we are able to resell your place, we will reimburse you with your workshop fee minus a processing fee of £10; however, if we are unable to resell your place (in the case of last minute booking), you will not be reimbursed.
If a person that is booked on a workshop fails to attend for any reason, they will not be entitled to a refund or a rebooking of another course.
Cancellations by LAGŌM - The Good Balance:
LAGŌM - The Good Balance is entitled to cancel any workshop at any time, subject to the repayment of any deposit and fees received in respect of the workshop or the part of the workshop (where applicable) which has been cancelled.
In the unlikely event of cancellation of a workshop by ourselves, we undertake to offer a suitable transfer to an alternative date, or a full refund (within 14 working days) of any workshop fees.
We cannot be held liable for any third-party costs, such as travel bookings or accommodation with hotels other than our own.
No refund will be made if you fail to attend all or any part of the workshop (and LAGŌM- The Good Balance is unable to reallocate your place).
All refunds are made to the source of the initial payment, ie. fees paid by a credit card can only be refunded to the same card.
